"The supervisor on the front desk was terrible, she’s not nice and very rude. She needs to learn how to welcome guest in a friendly way!! My husband was very upset with her because at first we asked her if we can check in early because we had plans and the way she responded was very off and that makes my husband very angry and so they got into a heated argument. She even asked where we parked our car and we need to pay for the fee without even asking if we already had a parking spot booked...

"Lovely hotel with a trendy lobby and bar area. Great value and comfortable stay in a historic building. Some furnishings showed signs of wear, but it was not excessive and did not detract from the experience."
