Check in and out was easy, place was very clean, well stocked with essentials, easy walk to metro to downtown. Parking in the back was convenient, however there was lots of trash around. We ( 3 adults, 2 children) found this VRBO very comfortable, and enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended staying at the Prince of Park View!

Great place to stay

Beautiful interior and perfect location near the Metro, walkable to Howard University, nearby Safeway. It was the perfect location for my family to stay for graduation. We will stay again if the need arises!

One block easy walk and access to all DC attractions. The kitchen and dining space was perfect for breakfast and dinners.

Clean, comfortable, and close.

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean, cozy, and close to the Washington DC activities and attractions. Our host, Freddie, was kind, friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends or anyone staying near DC.

Just as listed

We had a great stay at Freddie's rental. Our great experience started with the quick response to our questions before we even booked. This continued through out our stay. There was parking for 1 car in the back (we had a Tahoe, anything bigger would be out in the alley way). Freddie also supplied us with a parking permit on the street for our other vehicle. His house was very clean! Very well kept up! The 2 queen size beds were very comfortable. We used the well stocked kitchen every night. As stated in the review it was a very quick walk to the Metro station, which we used through out our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet for a big city.This next part is no reflection on the Host or his rental property! The host has no control over this but I wished I had been more aware by doing my own research. The neighborhood had litter/trash everywhere. As a female, I did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood without my husband or adult sons. I did feel safe inside the rental! Take this part of the review knowing that I am from a rural community and normally when I am in a big city I stay in the touristy hotels. Thank you Freddie for a wonderful vacation to our nation's capitol.

Freddie was very kind and responsive. Highlights of the property: parking pad in the alley, close to the Metro (literally walk down the street and around the corner), and en-suite bed is *extremely* comfortable. Walking distance to Safeway grocery store. I was disappointed that we couldn't watch tv because we didn't know our passwords to log in to any of the pre-loaded apps. Check out procedure was extremely easy. Overall a good stay and excellent host.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. It accommodated us very well for the entire week. We had private parking at the back for our vehicle and a small UHaul trailer. We had no problems and the neighbor Ms Jessie was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!

The check in was straight forward and easy. The inside was neat and clean and very much like the pictures provided. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness due to the trash in the basement stairwell, but that may have been due to the recent storm. The ally parking is kind of tight and the outside ally view is not much to look at. It was a quiet neighborhood but not a lot of choices for sit down meals; we mostly had to drive for everything. All in all it was a good trip and I would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, and well kept. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and soap which we appreciated. The grandson loved the bunkbeds. The metro was a few minutes away which was so convenient, especially after a long day of walking. Freddie was so good to work with and responded quickly. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Fantastic and Family Friendly

We had the best time visiting. It’s difficult to find hotel accommodation for a big family with a large gap in children’s ages; our stay here met all of our needs. Plenty of space, very clean, and all the extras we could’ve needed. Very close to the metro which is a huge plus. Check in and check out were a breeze! I really appreciated being able to get in touch so easily with questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Freddie represented his house very well house as well. Kept neighborhood is great. Had no problems at all would definitely go back.
