Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.

House was amazing. Listing is very accurate. Plenty of room for our entire adult group. Stocked kitchen and BBQ grill worked out great. Location was in nice neighborhood and a 2 minute walk yo Whole Foods. Comfortable beds and the entire place was spotless.

Perfect House for Girls Trip

The property was great for a girls trip. Very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We did have to Uber most places due to the location but was worth it to have a spacious place to stay.

Great property!

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples to spend a week exploring Washington DC! The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The property was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to Metro, and close to Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants. I very highly recommend this property!

The Best

This was the Best VRBO property that we stayed at. Our Host thought of everything that you may need for your first night there, plus. They had a little coffee for the next morning, soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, two coffee pots, a tea kettle, etc. Our group was very impressed. We would absolutely stay here again. Great family spot for DC trip

Well appointed home a few blocks from Union Station and capitol building. We are a family of 7, with kiddos ranging in age from 6 to 13. The kitchen was well appointed and it’s half a block from Whole Foods, Cava and Starbucks. Only request would be TVs in bedrooms. We had a great time, and hosts were very accommodating with any questions/requests. Would definitely stay again!
