This beautiful 3 bedroom / 4 bath home can comfortably sleep 11 guests, or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 3 twin foam fold out mats. Challenge each other to a round of double shot basketball, cornhole, or one of the many Xbox 1 games! Cook something your whole family will love, in the expansive, fully equipped kitchen, or barbeque outback. Enjoy a cold drink out on the back patio, while watching one of the most spectacular sunsets you have seen. This property continued to impress us with each day! The house was great, great location, comfortable beds and lots of little extras like a tv in every room, warm nice swimming pool and super easy check in and check out. We are already planning our next visit.

“I had an excellent stay at this house! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Kids loved the basketball hoops in the garage, swimming pool, hot tub, and the bucket of cars were a hit with the toddler. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

Ladera 370 - fantastic place

We didn’t anticipate it to be as spacious as it was, especially the kitchen. Clean, roomy, very comfortable, and relaxing. It was fully stocked with everything needed for the stay. This house truly felt like home away from home. Beautiful place and great location! Very easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. Only downside was WiFi that dropped connection once in a while, while kids were trying to do homework.
