The Space:
The ideal apartment for a business traveler or couple in town for a few days, and also perfectly suited for guests needing longer stays. We can provide a parking permit with advanced notice, allowing you to park one vehicle on the street without restriction.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. It is not shared and has an entirely separate entrance.

There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

The Neighborhood:
Guests will undoubtedly find themselves nestled in one of the most historic, and sought after neighborhoods in the city! The home is located on a beautiful one-way tree-lined street right off 14th Street.  The area offers a diverse selection of entertainment, dining options, shopping, coffee shops and grocery stores. Whole Foods is a 6 min walk and Trader Joe`s is 10 minutes on foot. The 14th St. dining scene really has become the culinary center for the city with all kinds of diverse cuisines ranging from chic and trendy to the hole-in-wall hidden treasures, French, Asian, Spanish, to Oyster Bars, Diners and much more. You`ll want to take advantage of some of our favorite local recommendations.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of TWO metro lines; 
- The Convention Center is a 15 minute walk away. 
- U St/African-Amer Civil War Memorial metro (Green line) stop is an 8 minute walk.
-Dupont Circle (Red line) is a 16 minute walk.
-The DC Circulator bus stops two and half blocks away at 14th and P
- Capital Bikeshare station is on the corner of 15th & P st NW (3 short blocks away)
-Zip Car spots on 14th street;  scooters are everywhere.
- Uber / Lyft available on demand!
