The room was decent overall but there were some things that lacked attention to detail. We unfortunately had a room that was next door to some sort of hotel room party which was very loud at 1am. The front desk staff named Kanesha was very accommodating and kind to us and found us a room on a different floor. We really appreciate her!

Staff was friendly but not helpful. No assistance with bags, valet did not help with loading or unloading. In the lobby you have to put your bags on a dolly, wheel them to the steps, then transfer your bags to another dolly. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was not free. Balcony was nice. Rooms were clean.

My favorite place to stay in DC. Love the large rooms and windows. and super comfy beds. I always enjoy the serenity of a boutique hotel and the thoughtful and kind staff here never disappoints.
