Lovely stay

We had a great stay, house was very clean, well equipped and our host kept in contact for questions. Would recommend if you have a car and want to drive 10min max to all tourist spots. Outside patio was lovely.

Quiet Neighborhood

The home is settled in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to all the DC sights. It is an easy 5-10 minutes drive into town and there was plenty of parking options during our stay!

Great 3 night weekend

Had a great experience! The house was clean, the binder was a great idea and had all the info you needed right at your fingertips. The owner was very attentive and the communication was way above par. I hope this house is available next time I'm in for a weekend.

Our great trip to Washington DC

Jonathan’s home was just perfect for us to celebrate our time in this great city. Driving was easy and very convenient to all of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable. Jonathan recommended some great restaurants and places to go. We will definitely book this home again.

Family Vacation

We are so thankful we found this property! It was perfect for our needs as a home-base for our trip. Comfortable, lovely and with every amenity we would need. Jonathan was attentive and helpful as questions came up and the property was as promised. Perfect for a family and an easy location to downtown DC. This property was perfect for our Washington DC trip. Close proximity to all the sites. Relaxing home base for a very busy itinerary. Short drive to Union Station which allows you to explore all of DC easily. Jonathan was a terrific host and even reached out on your arrival day to let us know we could check in early. Well appointed home and we would most most definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

We were happy with our experience at this property. The kitchen was well appointed, it had a nice little patio out back. Fold-away bed not very comfortable. Communication with owner good. Fairly convenient to main tourist attractions. No difficulties with street parking.

Close to Washington DC

We liked the cleanliness of the property and the easy reach of the owner. The location is about 15 minutes away from the main attractions in DC. Given that we were 6, we would have liked a bigger table to eat the meals. The current table has space for 2 only. That said, we were missing a couple of things and the owner was very quick to provide. Everything was as we expected and would recommend.
