Our newest, spacious, and inviting getaway in the scenic Ladera community of Washington, Utah! This single-level, 5-bedroom home offers a serene escape with all the modern comforts you need. The open floor plan seamlessly blends contemporary living with the tranquility of the desert. A well-appointed kitchen and grill make it easy to prepare delicious meals, while each bedroom features a private TV and a cozy retreat for relaxation. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet for your convenience.
Perfectly located just 10 minutes from St. George, you’ll have easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Zion National Park is only 45 minutes away, while Sand Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks are just 20 minutes from your doorstep. The nearby Ninja Warrior Park and scenic Virgin River trailhead offer unique outdoor fun.
Adventure seekers can start their biking experience right from the garage, with trails like Prospector Church Rocks Loop, J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain all within easy reach. The Sienna Hills Park, just seconds away, features a splash pad and other great amenities for family fun.
Boat/trailer and additional guest parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the north end of the complex.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY
Very clean place. Slept 12 of us very comfortably, plus room for 4 more if needed. Most stocked kitchen I’ve seen with any rentals we’ve stayed at. Kitchen has every dish & appliance you could need!! Poker table for games & ping pong table. Price was good for how many people it slept!!
