The Cactus Casita is themed after the desert cactus and features a full kitchen, living room (complete with television, entertainment center, and comfortable seating), dining for 4, granite countertop, and separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands and television. It also has a bathroom complete with a spacious shower, granite countertop, walk in closet, washer and dryer. Every room in this stunning home has been thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind to showcase southern Utah’s beautiful desert scenery.

1 King bedroom and ensuite
Available to rent independently or as part of a larger 8 bedroom 10 bathroom villa. Casita is above the garage with a separate entrance and parking.
Wired with high speed internet and USB charging outlets.
Tankless water heater and water softener.
The villa and casita sit 50 feet from the Farmhouse welcome center which includes the resort lap pool, lazy river, and 18 hole mini golf course.

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this Casita you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Check in time is 4 pm, check out time is 11 am. Early check in and extended check out options are based on availability and fees may be applied. Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.
