Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and our workspaces for any work you may have during your stay. Enjoy a perfectly controlled climate with our newly updated air conditioner. We also provide an iron, an ironing board, and an on-request fan for your convenience. Easy parking in the backyard ensures your vehicle is safe and nearby. Please note, that NO washer and dryer are available.

Other things to note:
To maintain a safe and peaceful environment, smoking, pets, open flames, parties, events, or meetings are strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or e‑cigarettes are NOT allowed at any time on the property. If we find any evidence of smoking, there is a $1,000 fee. No pets allowed ($250 additional cleaning fee). No burning candles, incense, or any other additional open flames. Disturbance related to any party, event, or gathering will incur a non-negotiable $500 fine.
Quiet hours are to be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Arrival/Check-in: 3:00 p.m. or later. Departure/Check-Out: no later than 11:00 a.m. Please use Wi-Fi responsibly.
