It is great for families or small groups with a beautiful open floor plan and granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the local attractions such as downtown St. George, The Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Coral Canyon Golf Course, Sand Hollow State Park, and Zions National Park. Then come back and relax in the swimming pools and hot tubs. They are open and heated year-round. Enjoy dinner in town or cook a meal together and relax by watching movies or playing games.

The townhome easily sleeps 12 people. There are 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, and a spacious open great room which includes the kitchen, dining, and family room. There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas, two in the loft and one downstairs. The entryway is very welcoming. There is a front-loading Samsung washer and dryer. Enjoy the back patio which includes patio furniture and a gas grill. The one-car garage provides either a parking space or storage for bikes and other gear you might have.
