Guest Access:
You will easily access the unit using an electronic keypad on the main door and a second secured keypad on your own unit door.

The Neighborhood:
Park View is a vibrant community in DC just north of Howard University and west of Washington Hospital Center, VA Hospital and Children's hospital. There is a diverse mix of people old and young, and from all over the world. The neighborhood features two beer gardens within two blocks, a "Jew-Ish" Deli (Call Your Mother), a fantastic wine bar (St. Vincent's) that also features a full menu and great jazz performances, plus a whole dining corridor nearby at Upshur Street. You can easily get to all that DC has to offer using Metro (12 min walk) or Uber/Lyft/Bus or your own car, or rent a scooter or bike just about anywhere. Safeway groceries and Yes! Organic Market are just a quick walk away too!

Getting Around:
Buses go up and down Georgia Ave constantly, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft or rent a bike or scooter if you don't want to walk or drive yourself.

Please note, the washer and dryer is in a common hallway and is shared between you and one other short term rental unit.
