"The staff are excellent. Keep in mind you're staying in a train car - it can be a little tight but it's exactly as advertised. Just bring in what you need. It was nice to park right at our caboose. Our 4 year old loved the bunk beds - and I actually found them more firm & comfortable than the double bed (and I'm 6'2, 250#). We did find the overall accommodations could used a more thorough cleaning (some dead bugs around windows and baseboards). Some additional maintenance would help spruce things up a bit (hole in bathroom door, switch covers not covering the cutout). These were BY NO MEANS dealbreakers, though - and not even something we'd raise with the staff - especially on our short stay. The AC units were a little loud, but we were happy to have them in 90 degree heat! The location is beautiful, quiet, and convenient to Lancaster and Strasburg attractions. The petting zoo was nice to have onsite. We had a great time and will stay here again. It was a fun little adventure!"
