Some things we would love to see improvement on before staying again: there were no washcloths available in the upstairs bathroom, and no garbage can available in the downstairs one. "Great price, clean room, very comfortable King bed. Large TV, A/C worked perfect. Quiet. Nice love seat couch and coffee table made for convenient use plus the desk/chair for laptop use. Plenty of outlets for chargers and plug in devices like a laptop. Close to some very nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. "

"I was delightfully surprised at how lovely the rooms were when we opened the door. From the outside, it looked like a well kept old style motel but the rooms were definitely modern, spacious, and very well cared for - not dated at all! The extra bonus of an outdoor picnic area was a pleasant discovery, as well."

Vintage comfort

"Here to visit family, and they told me my parents had stayed at this property when they visited over 40 years ago! It's a vintage motor court, but nicely maintained. The room is up to date and comfortable. The bathroom still has a 70s tub and sink, but clean and functional. One quirk: the sink was mounted very low, about thigh level on me. Had to bend low to wash my face! Overall a satisfactory stay."

The house was a very interesting house. It was charming and a fun place to stay.

"The house was exceedingly well equiped with everything one needed and than some. The host definitly had a high sense of hospitality when he set up the house. Only on slight item was the distance to the lake, it was walkable but not for an older individual. The positive thing was it was very private and with the canoe and kayak and paddle boat we had a fabulous time. If you need cell phone service you should set up internet service for your cell to be able to make calls. "
