"Staff was great, facilities clean Our room shower had NO pressure and was essentially not useful. Luckily we were just heading home."

"Room smells musty upon walking in and the bedding materials were insanely dirty. If there were any other options in the area that weren’t ridiculously priced, we would have left. Didn’t see any bugs, but wouldn’t have been surprised if they"

"Receptionists were very helpful. Need to do better cleaning and ensure that the washbasins are not clogged"

"The heat is not working"

"Very nasty, dirt all over the walls, ceilings were gross. Not kept up when it comes to housekeeping. We were able to be placed in another room due to smell but man it was rough."

"Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast...BUT ; the internet was abysmally slow (for the front desk also), the advertised restaurant was closed and the location made it such that it was difficult to easily find an alternative in the dark."

"My bathroom was filthy beyond belief. Hair in and on the shower walls, makeup left on the sink and and unswept floor. I expected better."

"Room was clean, the shower was large and the water was hot and pressure was perfect, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and courteous"

"My room was spotless and met all my needs! Staff was helpful answering a few questions I had!"

"• Upon arriving, I did not feel welcome, I would have appreciated a more friendly reception. • The entrance is difficult, especially when carrying bags- the entry pad where you scan the room card to enter is too far from the door- it would time out & relock before I could get to the door. • My room was not clean- there was a sticky substance in the kitchen and garbage on the floor."
