"The cabin was fine. The mini splint does not go below 75. Ants were everywhere. The host does not respond very well. Asked if we could come earlier than 4, host said she would let us know after cleaning crew no response, asked how to turn down mini split, hours later responded to which her instructions did not work. In the reservation check in at 4 checkout at 11Was sent a reminder we needed to be out before 11. The cleaning crew would be there at 11 if were late leaving we would be charged....

"Great place to land if you are going to visit Eureka Springs. The cabin is cute as a button and we had a great time. Only gripe was too few outlets and be aware there is no wifi in the cabin. They do have DVDs so there is plenty to entertain you. The owner is a great communicator and will definitely react to your needs. Happy to have stayed here and we would come back, no doubt."

"The ladies and I had a blast! Everything, absolutely everything we needed was in the house. There were even some spices we didn't have in the kitchen cupboards! I was impressed with how clean the house was. There was already fire wood to start a fire too. The ladies all had hot water to shower...there was 11 of us! "This was our second time staying here. The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable also. We highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we will get to book here again when we return in August."

"Wonderful Hosts with Exceptional Communication! Everything was super clean & the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We were in Bella Vista for a Business/Pleasure Trip & ended up staying 4 days. It was a perfect place to relax & soak up the views of the lake with all the big windows. We would definitely stay here again. Jim & Jae were so kind & helpful & always got right back to us if we had any questions. We would give this beautiful place 10 stars if we could!!"
