"The hotel Ruby Marie is a really nice, small boutique hotel. We were in Madison for a family visit. The Ruby Marie great for a weekend getway in Madison, located close to the Capital Square, State St, and the UW campus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean, with a refrigerator and an additional sink. The Ruby Marie is definitely more of a vacation hotel than a business hotel - there was only a small desk. Because the hotel is in the city, there is some street noise. There were 2 packs of earplugs in the room. Lastly, the Ruby Marie is located in the same building complex as the Up North Saloon and the Comeback Inn. Weekend breakfasts are served at the Comeback Inn - which has a great brunch. Highly recommend the Ruby Marie for vacation stays in Madison!"
