"We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!"

"Everything was exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable, charming property. Gorgeous views and a wonderful location. Check in was super easy and the owner even had the property ready easily and notified me as soon as it was ready to occupy, which was a nice touch. I totally recommend this Vrbo."

"The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt "

Small details like that really make a place stand out and show that the host cares about their guests’ experience.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you know the host is attentive and available if needed.Overall, this was a great stay and exactly what we were hoping for. "The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For the price, better amenities and comfort could definitely be expected. On the positive side, the fireplace was very helpful for drying clothes after winter activities, which we really appreciated."
