"This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!"

"The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it."

"A lovely weekend. Accommodation was perfect for my two dogs and l to use as a base. Kitchen was fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer to use. The accommodation, towels and bed linen all spotless. Already rebooked for August."

"England was in a heat wave so it was very warm late afternoon. Two fans were provided…one stationary and one rotating. Could have done with two rotating lol. Great local pizza place around the corner"

"The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond."

"We would recommend staying here to anyone, its set in beautiful surroundings, and it is very quiet and peaceful. We had good communications with the host and her husband and we will be stopping here again."

"Loads of space, ideal as a stay away for groups of friends meeting up, we were out all day at Onley equestrian centre which is very close by, the kitchen was large and well equipped, beds comfy , we will be coming back soon"

"The property details state 3mins walk to Royal theatre, 7min wslk to Town Hall, 10 mins walk to Shakespheres birthplace, 2 mins to Dirty Duck and other attractions near by, false information the cabin or Summer house was 6 miles away from any attractions in any direction the only thing around was a Dobbies with Waitrose. We spoke to James about this and he said he wasn' t aware of the details so we sent screen shots, we ended up having to pay for an hotel room in the town centre, asked for our...

"Well appointed and equipped, comfortable and cozy accommodation. The garden on the property is beautiful and available for guests to enjoy. The hosts, Louise and Paul, are friendly, welcoming and very responsive to all questions and requests. The location is idyllic with fields, hedges, forest and ponds all around. "Organised a 20-person hen do at Ashleigh house and it did not disappoint! This house has everything you might need for a weekend and plenty of space. With big houses like this, there's sometimes a worry that other than bedrooms, it doesn't accommodate a big group, but Ashleigh house has enough bathrooms, enough space for everyone to eat together, oven space, glassware, crockery and cutlery - they've really thought of everything.
