"The hotel is well equipped for guests and centrally located. Unfortunately a couple service aspects did not meet expectations. Room TV was operating poorly. After a couple visits by technician on the third day of my stay, the hotel changed the TV. Daily room upkeep was inconsistent."

Warsaw is a fantastic place to visit filled with amazing amount of history. This was my first time in Poland and won’t be my last. Usually I go to France, but Poland is a lot cleaner, safer, and friendlier then most places in Europe.
