Great for a stopover for a quick trip. Room is very basic but it has everything you need. It’s exactly what we needed and we’re happy we booked it, staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. We didn’t venture out too much as we had already been around Warsaw and were using this as a quick respite that was close to the airport for a 3am pick up.

Very good location, close to metro, buses, tramway, shopping centre, little stores. 10-15 minutes by public transit to the Old City and Downtown. Hotel was overall clean, but room cleaning service not detail oriented and not regular - we had to ask for it. Big plus for the restaurant, tasty food, very generous servings at excellent price. Most of Hotel staff polite and courteous. Good value for the money.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff. The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one. I would stay again

Modern and Comfortable

I was unsure about whether to choose this hotel due to some of the reviews but it was convenient for my travels. I must say that the reviews do not do the hotel justice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. The service was exceptional and I would most definitely stay here again.

Not far away from city centre, well communicated, many shops and restaurants nearby. Noisy neighbours might be an issue. Small beds in a twin room

We thought the hotel service was quite adequate. It was quick on deling witha blocked drain on the shower, breakfast service was goodand the hotel reception was friendly. However we missed not having a telephone in the room and we only had one pillow each. .

I read mixed review's before booking and in the end decided to go with this one as it seemed good value. Overall it was good, 15 minute walk to the old town, clean, comfortable beds. Agree with other reviews that the area is noisy. If you close the windows all is good except there is no air conditioning. So, if you don’t mind the warmer air or the noise it’s a perfect please to stay close to downtown for a good price

Great location

The hotel has a great location with good walking and commuting distance to anywhere. Otherwise there is not much to tell - service was ok, breakfast was ok, the atmosphere was not clean and there was ongoing painting in the hallways. No soundproofing - especially the cleaning staff made a lot of noise with some walkie-talkies. There was no air conditioner, so it was really hot. The view was to other rooms directly within a short distance.

American perspective: we went in early August and the temps were low of 60's and high of 80's. The biggest downfall is no AC in the rooms. (I know that is to be expected in Europe, and we were visiting at the warmest part of the year). The staff were friendly, the facility was clean. The only complaints would be that there are thin walls so you do get a fair amount of noise from other guests (its not too bad - I've definitely stayed in louder hotels in the US). And the lights in the stairwell were not working for the first few nights of the stay, I did use the flashlight on my to navigate the stairs at night. Overall, it was a pleasant and clean place to stay.

Adequate rather than luxurious

The hotel was comfy enough and the shower/bathroom was perfectly fine. The hotel was nicely based, right next to a tube station and not far from a shopping centre. It took me less than 20 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw by tube, perfect for a 20 minute ticket. The only things I wasn't too happy with were threefold. One, that the towels provided were barely big enough for a child. Two, that the breakfast was poor value for money compared to another hotel I stayed in that had a slightly cheaper breakfast with twice the selection. Thirdly, the hotel was quite noisy. Many of the room's windows face in on each other and I could hear people loudly at all hours. It's a perfect hotel for a few days stay though.

Great stay

Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again
