This is NOT an apartment. It is a hostel-style room with shared facilities.
Fantastic Inn Warsaw O13 should not be advertised as an apartment rental. You are renting a private room inside a multi-room property, with a shared bathroom and communal refrigerator/microwave area. Had this been clearly described as a room with shared facilities, I would never have booked it.
The problems started before arrival. I did not receive the required check-in email or text. I had to call Expedia customer service to get the information needed to access the property. The property itself was extremely unhelpful.
The condition was equally disappointing. In my room, the window covering was ripped and hanging from a single clip. The shared bathroom was unpleasant, and the overall appearance was worn, basic and far below what I expected from something advertised as an apartment.
This is not a minor wording issue. An apartment means private accommodation. Here you get one room and share essential facilities with other guests. That should be stated clearly and prominently before payment. The listing simply does not prepare you for what you actually arrive to.
The central location is convenient, but it does not compensate for misleading categorization, poor communication, poor condition and shared facilities.
If you expect an apartment, do not book this. It is a private hostel-style room with shared facilities and should be advertised honestly as such.
