I booked this room as a last minute because I missed my flight. The price was super low and I wasn’t expecting the quality of room I received. Hotel was great, room was big, room and hotel was clean! Overall I would definitely stay here again!

ALL GOOD BUT THERE WAS NO TEASPOON IN THE ROOM SO I NEEDED TO GO DOWN TO FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR IT. ANNOYING. GIVE US AT LEAST PLASTIC ONE BECAUSE THIS WOODEN STICKS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING :)

In need of refurbishment

- the room furniture is old and worn out - the bed is terrible, we could feel every spring in the bed. - the pillow is of the cheapest kind - sink where almost completly clogged - toilet button did not work properly which made the water keeper running. - shower was dirty - curtains was dirty - lamp screens and tv was hanging at 15 degrees angle. - soap despencers seem to never have been washed. - breakfast was OK, polish breakfast. - hotel personnel was helpfull when we wanted to check-out 1 day early - towels was worn but clean - bed sheets where clean - Air condition directly on the bed and not adjustable

They had no hot water in the whole property. The wifi was bad in the whole hotel. They even moved me to the first floor and wifi would not connect. Never had this issue before. I left the hotel early because of this and had no issues at the next hotel. I dont like leaving negative reviews but this hotel disappointed and I feel I should warn others.

No complaints!

The hotel is 3 star but feels like 4.I had a business room which has a bedroom, living room and a small kichenet. (larger than the standard room). Very comfortable. I booked 2 nights but 1 day before check in I needed to cancel the 2nd night. I called the hotel and was refused. However when I checked in I met Piotre at the reception and after he checked with his bosses, they were willing to waive the 2nd night with no penalty. This was really nice. Since I had to check out for my flight in the middle of the night, I didn't enjoy the breakfast but asked for a breakfast box which was huge and ready on time, along with the taxi I reserved with Piotre. I did have dinner at the restaurant: the Perogi was really good and so was the Margarita. The hotel ambient is cosy and welcoming and the location - 15 min from city center by car, 10 min from the airport. So for me the experience was very short but perfect.
