"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating. Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located. It took only about 15 minutes by bus from the airport, making it very easy to reach. The city center was also accessible within around 30 minutes. The staff were available 24 hours a day, and I was able to leave my luggage after check out, which was very helpful. Although there was no kettle in the room, there was a water dispenser next to the elevator where guests could refill their bottles and get drinking water. The room was quite small, but it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. I also added breakfast to my stay, and it was absolutely delicious. The only downsides were related to noise. The hotel is located next to a major road, and at night I could hear loud cars and motorcycles passing by. In addition, the room door did not seem to provide much sound insulation, so noise and conversations from people in the hallway were sometimes quite noticeable."

"Check in was great, room was nice & and the women at the front desk were very helpful. The morning of checkout I accidentally knocked a lamp off a table and it pulled the cord apart. Not thinking I went to pick it up and got an electric shock when I touched it. I notified the front desk and the male who answered asked if I would like him to send someone up. (why else would I notify you?) Never bothered to ask if I was OK and when I checked out about 30 mins later I asked if I’d spoken to him on the phone & he said yes & that he’d called someone to fix it. Still didn’t check on me at all. I told the maids about so hopefully no one else got shocked."
