Employees at Bank & Bourbon attached to the hotel were very friendly. Hostess was very personable. Hope to be back!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. "The overall experience was first class. Starting with the man, who took our suitcases, was so friendly, so welcoming and informative. The bar that night was short of staff, even though, the barman, was able to serve each customer with kindness, courtesy, efficiency and a smile. Kudos for him. Elizabeth, from the front desk, was kind, helpful and informative as well. All that, besides the location, the food and the beautiful hotel. "
