"The room was nice. The refigerator wasn't cold enough and the air conditioner wasn't giving off the adequste amount of cool air needed in 95+ degree weather and the breakfast was very good. I had a very good stay and will return and refer others . Thank you"

I had no heat in the room was cold and the clerk was looking like she did not care. No maintain person there so the clerk had to check on the room to see I was telling the truth. I had to ask for a new room.
