It is easy to get to almost everywhere in the boston area we wanted to go. The biggest problem is the enormous construction project across the street from this property leading to day time noise and shaking felt throughout the day if you are home. All of Western ave is 'under extreme renovation"ultimately good for the area but...

"When I booked this property, I thought I booked a one bedroom apartment. I was taken aback to find that I booked a bedroom in an "apartment." The apartment had numerous bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. I believe three of the other rooms were occupied. I am not sure if I misunderstood the description at the time I booked it or if the description was misleading. Either way we would not stay here again because we did not like the set-up. "Perfect for our family of 4; two singles & 1 couple traveling to celebrate our graduate. Very comfortable & photos presented accurately. We enjoyed morning coffee on the small back porch looking eastward. Very easy & reliable communication with the Host, they checked in making sure we had everything we needed, much appreciated. Nice to walking towards the North with a coffee shop & sizable grocery store within 10 minute walk. Very pleasant to be there, we highly recommend it. "

"This was a lovely bottom duplex in a quiet neighborhood. An off the street parking space is included. Yet while it is a residential street there are several restaurants in walking distance and less than five minutes to a large outdoor mall with lots of chain restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Laundry is in the basement, so to use it you must be able to do some steps, but it worked well. "
