"My only complaint was I was charged for parking in a standard parking lot. It was their lot and they still charged $15 for 3 days. I could understand if it was a big city and parking was a premium but it was not."

"If you need a microwave and/or refrigerator, you have to request them the morning of your check-in, as not all rooms have them. Breakfast is continental so was just bagels, muffins, coffee and juice and some corn flakes with milk. They were out of Raisin Bran. The breakfast was as advertised: Continental !"

"Understanding it was a busy weekend, the front desk seemed understaffed and pretty uninterested in being helpful. The bedding was poor quality with the pillows being the worst offender. The AC was either on or off, no way to control the fan. House cleaning was every other day (?) and not reliably managed. Location was good with nearby parking, and the Whole Foods across the street helped."

"The rooms are very clean but the bed is hard. All of the staff in the food service area and bar are amazing. The lady who makes the omelets and waffles is friendly and makes a great omelet. The main issue I had was there were unsupervised children running everywhere and no one said anything. They were playing on the elevator and throwing things over the ledge at people on the bottom floor. I said something to the staff at the desk but I don’t think they cared. I definitely think there should be standards about how many people fit in a room. On a positive the hospitality hour is very nice and again the wait staff is amazing. We ordered wings and they were delicious. It’s a very nice hotel just needs to control the environment."

"We were staying in the area for the weekend to attend a wedding & this house was perfect! Clean,well decorated,the kitchen had all necessities,close to restaurants, & shops. The fenced in backyard was ideal since we were traveling with our dog,she loved the space to play. The host checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed & was great! Highly recommended! "
