If you want to stick close to home, you'll find plenty to do with the shared foosball, Ping-Pong, and pool tables. If you're a tennis buff, you can work in a few rounds on one of the 12 indoor and outdoor courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru Courts, two outdoor Red Clay courts), including free court time, then head to one of the three pools (two outside and one inside) for a refreshing swim. And of course, there's the Sugarbush Golf Course less than a mile from you. Head to Warren Falls or Stetson Hollow for hiking and waterfall viewing.

Winter is filled with lots of snowy activities in Warren. Ski and board at Sugarbush, or do some snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Treat yourself to apres ski dinner and drinks at the resort. Look for live music events and free fitness classes at the gym, and if you're traveling with kids, check out Kids' Adventure Zone. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
