"We were shown a few different rooms because the first room we were in had baby roaches in the bathtub. We werent trying to bring them home with us so after he showed us a few more rooms we went to the baymont literally next door. Could not in good conscience stay somewhere with my friend and our girlfriends knowing it had roaches. "

"My family and I had a change in plans so were unable to stay at what I’m certain would have been a wonderful motel. Nonetheless the staff were so courteous, understanding and kind despite our frequently changing plans and other priorities in their own lives. I would stay there just on principle ! Next time. 11/10 for customer service going above and beyond."
