"This is a cute cabin with a peaceful river in the backyard. The cabin was clean, well taken care of with any supply you might need. The owner was very helpful. He gave us lots of hiking ideas. The only thing is the internet was spotty and was challenging for my husband to work. BUT that is understandable in the country!"

"What an incredible experience. The cabin was the perfect size for me and my very tall boyfriend, it had everything we could possibly need. It was clean, bed was comfy, ac worked amazingly and the outdoor space is perfect. The property is set up so well that you feel secluded without actually being secluded, we are already planning our next visit. "

Far away from noise and people with beautiful hiking trails just a walk down the street. A+ if you want to get away from the city without other tourists around."

"Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!"

"Great location! House was perfect for me and my daughters family including my two grand babies. We really enjoyed the big yard, fire pit and overall stay. The owners were great and respond to all messages right away and are very accessible for any questions or concerns. Would love to come back in the summer time."

"Communication was great w/ host, very responsive. Cabin was nice, w/ plenty of space. We were disappointed it poured all weekend so we couldn’t use fire pit or venture for a walk to the water falls behind cabin. Roads were hard to travel to get to cabin but other than that, no complaints!"

"This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay."
