"This cottage is right on the edge of a beautiful lake and is easily accessible to Damariscotta. We visited in mid-October when there was little activity on the lake and it was very quiet. The state and comfort of the house was a mix. Bathrooms and the bedrooms were clean. There were plenty of bath towels/face cloths etc. The upstairs bed was very comfortable and one has a sense of being perched right over the lake from this charming room. "

"Our vacation in Maine has come to an end. It was a great stay at Peaceful Day Dreamer. We did have a couple of issues that were taken care of by Vacasa in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy reading on the porch, listening to the loons at night and of course eating all the lobster that we could. This rental is a great place to unwind and enjoy some family time with our loved ones."

"We could not have loved our trip more. The bunkhouse was nice and cozy for our family of four, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. We took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks, grill, and fire pit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my morning tea on the deck listening to the birds. Camden was a lovely town to poke around, and we really enjoyed the hike up Bald Mountain ten minutes away. Jenny was lovely to work with, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. We can’t...

"Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"
