"The room was clean and adequate, nothing special but fine. The bed was a bit hard but still usable. The staff were terrific, nice and helpful. The problem here was the shower, it was hard to use and unsafe. The knobs to turn on/off were tight/difficult, the water pressure too low/bad, too much water softener in the water so it was hard to shower off soap, and even with the shower option in use, half the water was still coming out through the tub nozzle directly into the tub (likely why the...
"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."
