"Checking in at 11:00pm is tough. People are tired. Staff is changing shifts. The key to my room was improperly set up, meaning that when I am darn tired - and a bit stressed, Ii had to return to the lobby to have the error corrected."

"The hotel was nice and everything seemed clean but we did have a sticky floor (carpeted area). I normally do not ask to change rooms and we didn't this time but had I been staying more nights, I definitely would have. We got in really late and were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, the stay was great."
