Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests."

"I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by Expedia for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡"
