"The hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay - we were in a KING room and it was very small and in need of updating Parking was a pain and off site, which is not great The area the hotel is in is in the City center - it really is not a great area especially at night There are a LOT OF PEOPLE hanging about on street corners and a lot of homeless around the hotel and the area Honestly, I did not feel 100% safe going back and forward to my hotel later at night and would not recommend it for any single female I have stayed in hotels in a lot of countries and cities around the world; it wasnt the most unsafe, but it certainly did not feel that safe, especially at night time I actually feel safer staying in hotels in Manhattan - that is simply my view and you may feel free to disagree Overall, the hotel was okay, but the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired and I would not stay there again, due in main to the area and its surroundings"

"This hotel is just beautiful and quiet. My room was on the 19th floor so the view was amazing! Great lighting if your photogenic or in content creating bag. The front desk was friendly not the overnight guy though but Olan was perfect and met my accommodations with care"

"The side table by the window hide the outlets by the bed and the table by the window had the USB outlets but was set up in a way that hid them. We had to search for them and this is the only issue of an otherwise perfect stay! So just an FYI of where to look if you can’t find it. The room was smaller than I would have liked but it was extremely nice. They made our bed daily and even set up our stuffed rabbit from the lobby nicely! I will say they took some of our towels hung up or not sometimes despite the signs saying to hang them up if you were planning on reusing. That was odd but all cleaning services daily were helpful."
