Die Lage des Grundstücks ist phänomenal für Hundehalter und Kajakfahrer. Der Wuff kann sich auf hunderten eingezäunten Quadratmetern frei bewegen und vom eigenen Steg kann man angeln oder das Kajak in den wunderschönen See einsetzen. Damit wars es aber auch schon.
