"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "We stayed with 3generations of family for a long weekend. The house has lots of character and had a lovely garden and pool that was well used by all the family . Someone was available whenever we needed to ask any questions. We would definitely stay there again ."

"There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential."

"It was a relatively reasonable price for 4 days in February. Kitchen was great, bed was comfortable, lovely bed linen. But the bedroom is very light, with a security light shinning directly into the room all night, which didn't suit me, but I know others who like a light bedroom. Good wifi, Smart TV lots of choices. Not particularly comfortable furniture in the lounge, but then I am a bit of a lounge lizard and the 2 seater sofa doesn't allow for lounging! I would stay again."
