The breakfast and the room were excellent. The heated swimming pool and the sauna are also amazing! I can only recommend staying in this place.

Schöne Appartementanlage mit sehr gutem Frühstück, Auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden, das riecht man in manchen Zimmern, wir haben netterweise umgehend ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die parfümierte Rezeption ist eine Herausforderung für Menschen mit Duftstoffunverträglichkeit. Parkplatz und Schwimmbad werden extra abgerechnet.

Das Hotel überzeugt mit schönen Zimmern, einer gepflegten Anlage und einem tollen Saunabereich mit großem Pool. Leider war unser Zimmer von einem starken Renovierungsgeruch durchzogen, der zu Kopfschmerzen führte. Das Personal zeigte wenig Verständnis und bot erst nach langer Diskussion ein alternatives Zimmer an. Auch am Morgen war der Service unfreundlich, und ein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht. Aufgrund des tollen Ambientes würden wir eigentlich gerne wiederkommen, doch das Verhalten des Personals hält uns davon ab.

Schönes Appartement-Hotel in unmittelbarer Seelage

Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön, unbedingt also ein Appartement zur Seeseite buchen. Wir verbrachten den Abend auf dem Balkon und aßen dort, sehr stimmungsvoll. Das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, dennoch nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hafen in Waren entfernt. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sehr willkommen mit unserem Hund. Es gab 1 Flasche Begrüßungswasser und für den Hund einen Snack. Es stand auch ein Napf und Hundekottüten zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung und Küchenzeile hatte alles was man benötigt und wir haben auch himmlisch geschlafen. Es gibt sogar einen Brötchenservice für Selbstversorger, super!

Perfekte Lage mit Seeblick. Es fehlte im Apartment an Nichts, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge sind auf dem Hotelparkplatz vorhanden, jedoch noch nicht von den Stadtwerken angeschlossen. Das Hotel sollte die Preisgestaltung für den Zugang noch einmal überdenken. Für Hybrid-Fahrezuge sind die 5,00€ Pauschale zu hoch. Für reine E-Fahrzeuge sehr günstig.
