Alternatively, a day trip to the beach is a must, enjoy the delights on offer in the beautiful coastal town of Swanage just a short drive away. For those who prefer a more active break then head on down to Wareham Quay and enjoy some kayaking or paddle boarding along the river. Walkers are catered for here as well, with stunning countryside walks across the heathland to Arne and Corfe Castle beyond.
