"We had a room with a view of the lake. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Room was very quiet and no stairs. Good value for money."

"I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to my room at the time I requested. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Penrith in the future. Thank you! My only suggestion would be an upgrade to the mattress and pillows."
