Wir haben einige schöne Tage in einem ehemaligen Bahnhofsgebäude genossen. Das Gebäude liegt direkt an der Diemel inmitten von viel Grün. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Warburg, einem malerischen Städtchen, das sich am besten zu Fuß erkunden läßt. Die Ferienwohnung ist recht groß und bietet mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer Wohnküche und vielen Ecken und Winkeln viel Platz auch für eine größere Familie.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Check-in war nicht reibungslos, weil die Agentur mir eine falsche Codenummer gegeben hatte. Entgegen der Ausführungen im Inserat war der Garten/ die Veranda nicht verfügbar.

für hundebesitzer ist es zu erwähnen das bis zur wohnung eine holztreppe führt ( 20 stufen ) die für unseren hund ein großes problem darstellte ! es ist aus der annonce nicht ersichtlich ! wäre sinnvoll ein foto von der treppe hinzuzufügen !

Man fühlt sich sofort Zuhause. Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Geht man nach draußen, können mit Ausgangspunkt den Diemelauen in alle Richtungen Wanderungen unternommen werden. Ein Paradies für Hunde.

An historic former railway station residence with loads of character and space overlooking the river yet a few mins walk to the old town and 15 mins to the new town (with supermarkets etc) at the top of the hill. The house is very clean and with comfortable beds - and quiet - so you will sleep well. Be aware there is a flight of stairs up to the main level and another flight to additional bedroom. Only suggestion is that it would be handy to have a washing machine and microwave over, otherwise well equipped and furnished. Recommended. The town itself has many quaint well preserved late medieval houses and other public buildings.

Sehe liebevoll restaurierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Hübsche Altstadt und das Diemelufer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir hatten ein sehr erholsames Wochenende mit vielen langen Spaziergängen
