"This place was absolutely lovely for our family. We had three adults and two children (8 & 11) and there was plenty of room for all. It is a brief walk to the Tube which got us wherever we needed to go. Jeremy is an excellent host and super easy to communicate with when needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"Cockroaches, blood on the walls, broken toilet, burns in rugs, mildew on ceiling, and it stinks. Terrible neighbor with bars on doors and six locks, but no bars on windows. Left immediately and Hofin refused to any reimbursement. Stay away!"

"this house is not recommended. Outdoor space full of garbage bags and empty bottles, interior patio not usable for being dirty and neglected (bush branches did not allow access), internet did not work in the three days we stayed. sink and bathroom drains are clogged. We discussed everything with the person in charge who did not solve anything. On the day of departure, he told us that we should leave the house at 10:00 but we could leave the keys with the cleaning woman who would come. a delay...

"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

Amazing location
"Fantastic hotel, you can’t get a better location for touring central London. View from the lobby is straight over Westminster Bridge, to parliament and Big Ben. Few minutes walk to London Eye. The lifts, reception and corridors are quite dark and dimly lit, in order to give a certain ambience, which makes it a little difficult to see where to hold your key card/phone to activate the lift and open your bedroom door. (But looks very stylish!). Checking-in at reception desks, while looking very sleek and professional, seems to take an age. Typically taking 20 minutes per guest, even though the reservations are pre-booked. I just don’t understand what they need to tap in on the computer that takes so long. But in contrast, checking out was instant, just clicking a button on the app. Swimming pool was great, but you have to book a 30 minute time slot in advance, and can only book one slot per day. Left luggage facilities are fantastic. We left out bags there both ahead of check-in, and after check-out, do that we were free to wander around London without struggling with heavy bags. Would definitely recommend. If this hotel is too pricey, there are a few Premier Inns nearby. You cannot beat this location. "
