"Other than mattress being uncomfortable, the place is a 10 out of 10. Staff were friendly for the most part. Shuttle bus driver was personable, kind, & funny. Front desk gentlemen was friendly, kind, & efficient. The 3rd shift personal was direct, almost rude with an attitude of don’t bother me or ask me anything lol. Anyone can have a bad day so I’ll give her some grace. Love the bathroom & shower. Great remodel. "

"After our flight was canceled, this hotel was a lifesaver! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! Thank you Latonia! :-) Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the hotel was very quiet. We finished our stay with a yummy breakfast in the lobby, did a little work with great WIFI, and the hotel shuttle kindly took us back to the airport free of charge. We were impressed! Thank you for a nice stay! "

"We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! "
