The Overflow on Wansford Lock, Wansford, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The Driffield Canal is currently unnavigable, but is now being restored. The canal serves as a land drain to the local area and this is the rate at which it flows at the moment. The overflow is just south east of the lock itself.

The view and lighting seem almost to give it a 'Constable painting' feel to this waterway!
