Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. "

"Forget a bicycle made for two, Munnings is an Air b and B made for you. Situated in the historic village of Mendham with plenty of off road parking, the Lodge is a gem. Tracey and Paul were warm, welcoming and helpful hosts ( in spite of the fact they had not received my booking from VRBO!!) The area has plenty of historic towns and villages, ideal for sightseeing and walking. And by the way, the Lodge and is two minutes walk from a pub serving excellent food."
