Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Family of 4 stayed for 2 night's. We got a big and cleaned room. Comfortable beeds. Can only recommend this place. It's in the country side so there is a 10 min drive ton nearest croceristore"

"Perfect check in on the front desk. Very friendly staff. In the room a bottle of water, apple and free coffee maker. The restaurant good, breakfast buffet amazing. I enjoy my 1 day trip.Spa and sauna area very good."

"Für einen Ferienpark, der meiner Meinung nach sehr sehr gut für Familien sind, habe ich mich als Kinderloses Paar sehr gut gefühlt. Strand super leer, sauber. Die Umgebung lädt gut zum Wandern ein."
