"I booked this house for a 3 night stay while my son was at a basketball camp/tournament at OCU. The rate for this house for 3 nights was cheaper than the hotel I was viewing for 2 nights. My son ended up getting sick and staying with us for 2 nights instead of the dorms. Having 3 bdrms was perfect for our situation. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was very clean. The ac kept it perfect for us, just like we are used to at home 70 degrees. The washer and dryer were very handy for doing a quick wash on his jersey each night. One thing I didn't notice when I booked was that the bedrooms do not have TV. This is not a big deal, but we would have preferred to have tvs in the bedrooms as we are used to watching tv at night and setting a timer. The only TV is the one in the dining room. Again, this is my fault for not noticing and I would still stay here again because of the rate. Another thing that was not mentioned until after I booked was what was to be done at check out. All trash had to be removed and placed in the outside garbage, all towels placed on the floor in the bathroom, and all sheets removed and placed on the floor. Not a big deal, but I did miss 30 minutes of my son's game doing these things because the morning of check out no matter where you stay just flys by. Again, I would still stay here in the future."
