"Really nice welcome at check in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff and service in the bar, casual dining and at breakfast were all good. Lovely food in the casual dining area. The only things we could fault were a loose toilet seat and the flush was difficult to use. The bathroom window didn’t open so everything in there was wet with steam the whole time "

"The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly nothing was too much for them. The location was good and the food was excellent and reasonably priced along with fast friendly service. I would recommend staying there, it’s central to most places on the Northumberland coast line"

"We stayed on Friday in the till room , myself hubby and daughter we had a pleasant stay the room was perfect , a lucky find for us ,the customer service recieved was outstanding staff pleasant and approachable , compliment's also to the chef for a lovely breakfast also , no complaints ,we hope to return soon . Highly recommend everyone to visit who’s looking for a relaxing break ."
