"Great hotel, well located, very welcoming check in from a lovely staff member, and really nice room with a comfy bed. Enjoyed the breakfast and overall the hotel was modern, clean, and well presented.
Only a couple of small issues, one being that there aren’t any lifts which was a bit inconvenient but didn’t really affect our stay at all.
The other was when coming back from breakfast with 10 minutes to check out, the keycards to our room stopped working. When I asked at the front desk because our bags were still in there, I got told that the keycards stop working at 11 because that’s check out time. This keycard issue happened before 11, and I don’t think that should be a feature regardless. It made the end of our stay more hassle than needed. The staff member I dealt with (different to on check in) kind of made me feel like it was my fault, which wasn’t a great end to an otherwise brilliant stay."
